The Net-Gains Tax Plan) was first proposed in August of 2011 on the Candidate-X™ Show, a show designed to foster creative solutions to the challenges of the nation. The LWTA plan is a grassroots initiative to boost the economy by reducing income tax for 99.3% of U.S. workers of which 95.3 Million workers will pay no income taxes at all.
